Responsible for managing seven Regional Chairs via virtual platforms. Answerable for final educational and growth outcomes of seven regional conferences with over 800 combined delegates in attendance. Responsible for managing five Local Committees to ensure healthy operations and sustainable growth. Responsible for coaching Local Committee Presidents (as necessary) to ensure maximum Executive Board capacity. Key stakeholder in two regional conferences with over 400 combined delegates. Managed virtual calls with action-oriented outcomes.

Under my leadership, AIESEC Colorado increased the number of leadership positions in the Local Committee by 200%, increased the number of internships created locally by 800%, and the number of CU-Boulder students and recent graduates sent abroad by almost 400%. I also implemented a member education cycle and brought in an external consultant to ensure our members were having valuable and enjoyable experiences.

Responsible for sending CU-Boulder students and recent graduates abroad on internships. During term, formed a long-term strategic partnership with the School of Education in order to recruit and place students and recent graduates interested in teaching English abroad. Personally accounted for five CU-Boulder students going abroad on internships.

Responsible for meal planning and execution for 200 meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Work in a team to meet sanitation and nutrition minimums, as well as to cooking delicious food for people with special dietary restrictions.

Designed and implemented urban gardens on a variety of scales, from a Key Club International project in Colorado Springs to a fully-functioning garden for a the Center For Community on CU-Boulder's campus. Interviewed stakeholders, organized fundraising, and created layouts and planting plans.

Responsible for the creation, implementation, and innovation of the CU-Boulder Housing & Dining Services department's social media strategy. Responsible for developing metrics for accurate comparisons of social media success between Pac-12 universities. Responsible for vetting candidates and materials for prospective physical and digital advertising campaigns.

As an Assistant Teacher, I was responsible for the well-being and education of children from three to twelve years of age. I was also occasionally responsible for sanitary food preparation for the Children Center, and was responsible for communicating with parents or caregivers when necessary.

Responsible for food service (including hot dogs, popcorn, candy, chips, etc.) at Sprinkles Ice Cream Co. Managed cash register and ice cream machines, and was in charge of sanitation and customer service.
