Leadership played a critical role in this position which incorporated strategic communications and marketing for a small, Liberal Arts College. I directly managed an active marketing and communications team of 7, responsible for all internal and external communications, social media, magazines, television, radio and print commercials and advertising at the College. This included marketing research, advertising for both on-line and on campus enrollment, an in-depth, quarterly magazine, plus robust digital content for the website. Also mentored SJC students through internships and work study programs, in creating mini documentary videos, photo essays and various marketing materials for print and digital advertising. Worked closely with the Sisters of Mercy, the founders of Saint Joseph's College, to ensure historical and current data information was secure and relevant. Additionally, was instrumental in efforts to usher in Pope Francis' Holy Year of Mercy celebrations on campus and through a special edition magazine.
