Supported a 2X manufacturing ramp of Optical Thin Film metrology division resulting in $16M revenue increase by resolving 15 optics material shortage issues. Managed operators, technicians to build and test optics alignment fixtures, OMS for sub-assemblies to increase yield of the process to > 90%.

¥ Responsible for the manufacturing and outsourced product reliability testing of a Fiberoptic Multiplexer Telecom switch. Selected 6 axis nanopositioning robot for 2X throughput improvement in assembly of optical switch.

Initiated and qualified 6 engineering changes of key spares across three industry first 300 mm wafer processing equipment products. Reduced spares cost by 15% through value engineering and cost negotiations.
