Manage the Capital Expenditure of the plant acquisitions of productive machines, factory equipment, constructions, IT and quality assurance equipment.Tasks:-Planning and budgeting Capital Expenses for productive, administrative and R&D areas.-Monthly plant level forecast calculations of expenditures.-Management of approval process of new investments.-Capitalization of new assets aligned with legal requirements.Achievements:Expenditure of more than 130 Mio. EUR within the plant target of budget deviation of ±10% with more than 500 individual projects since 2014.Successful administration of investments for the start up of a new plant in Puebla with all machines arrived in time for trials and PPAPs.Report to: Plant Manager

Carry out Six Sigma projects for process optimization and scrap reduction in the different productive areas of the plant (Stamping, Heat Treatment, Machining & Assemblies) following the DMAIC methodology. Additionally, develop and conduct training for Manufacturing and Quality Engineers for Problem Solving Tools and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.Achievements:Drag Torque Project: Identification of root causes for drag torque out of spec. in the K1 disc of the Double Clutch (most important sales product of LuK Puebla) and implementation of corrective actions that resulted in scrap and rework reduction to target levels.Torque Fluctuation DoE: Participation in the project for improving the Torque Fluctuation characteristic in the Dry Double Clutch where several components where involved including the central plante and clutch discs. The study identified that the correct alignment of the components improved the Torque Fluctuation. A new methodology for assembly was established.Training of two generations of Yellow Belts.Report to: Industrial Eng. Manager
