I was at the forefront of strategic HR policy development and execution, alongside spearheading recruitment and talent management initiatives tailored to meet the dynamic needs of both medical and non-medical departments. I was instrumental in maintaining an optimal workforce ratio in compliance with national regulations, while also leading the Staff Qualification and Education (SQE) chapter to align staff credentials with the hospital’s high standards of patient care.My efforts in global talent acquisition through effective vendor management and cross-cultural partnerships significantly boosted our recruitment drives, enabling us to attract a diverse talent pool from across Egypt, Pakistan, India, and the Philippines.
