For over 26 years, Toseima Jiles taught performing arts in several after school programs, recreational facilities, schools, churches, block club events, parade incentives, talent shows, and wherever else she could display the art of performance. In accomplishing a Double Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing & Management and a pending Masters of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, Toseima spent almost 15 years sitting eyeball to eyeball with entrepreneurs, assisting organizations through the business development spectrum. Business plan writing, grant writing, and marketing plan development were integral aspects of her day to day consulting experiences. Toseima is a leader and enjoys instituting processes and solutions to get things done with excellence. From the beginning til the end, Toseima holds the theory that every aspect of the life journey presents more longing for success, contentment in the things that really matter.
