The Taiken Property Group is a London & Lagos-based luxury real estate developer specialising in the conception, implementation and delivery of international-grade multifamily developments in Nigeria. Taiken Property was founded in 2015 as a response to the overwhelming unmet demand for luxury apartments in Lagos, built to international standards.

Gleepost Labs is a $500,000 venture-backed company founded by myself, Patrick Molgaard, and Tade Oyerinde. Our main product is a comprehensive cross-platform communications solution for college communities. Gleepost keeps students in-the-know about what's going on on campus and allows students to connect around campus events from academic programs, to speakers, to parties.At Gleepost Labs we built a variety of university centered software solutions used by tens of thousands of students in the UK and US. I headed the operations and management of our team of seven, as well as personally oversaw all of the financials, investor EIS & SEIS, shareholder and tax recording and documentation.Our first product release was a student targeted web-based marketplace, used by several thousand university students in Leeds and Manchester Universities. We also released an event-oriented university-wide message board. For this we published a native iOS app, native Android app and a web client built with AngularJS.We then created an online video-chat platform exclusive to university students in the UK called Uniroulette. We went on to successfully launch the platform at over 22 Universities nationwide with 60% of our over 20,000 student user base being from Leeds University, Manchester University and the University of Oxford.Our last project was cross-platform student messenger app for iOS, Android and desktop browsers, with realtime messaging over WebSockets and Redis. as founder I was also involved in raising our angel investment, business development and hiring.

In short, SS-GATE connects buyers and sellers from countries of the South, linking investors and capital with the businesses in need of it. Professionally operated, responsible to member interest, and international in scope, SS-GATE aims to be the first of its kind in providing a transparent, fair, transactional, and sustainable development exchange platform that benefits all Southern countries, and contribute to achieving the Millennium Development Goals. SS-GATE strives to be a global center of asset and technology information, services, market pricing, transaction, and training.SS-GATE operates through a global network of participating organizations and institutional members. Participation in SS-GATE is regulated through institutional membership. Set up in 2008 by the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation, SS-GATE promotes the identification, sharing, and transfer of innovations, finances, and technologies between developing countries.Performed market research and due diligence aiding in the decision making process of loan/equity investments and grant approval for Chinese small and medium sized businesses operating in Shanghai.Other responsibilities included translating and proofreading strategic marketing material and speeches.
