About Tosha Fields

SC Talk works with woman and men that have illnesses and that desire to have a more meaningful life. The purpose of my practice is to help others embrace the emotions and work through the process of becoming a better version of themselves by not allowing their ailments to define who they are. Through different techniques I help my clients learn new methods of self-care by putting themselves first mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically, by thinking outside of the box so they can live outside of the box!Since 1974, I have lived with Sickle Cell Anemia. I’ve had struggles obtaining quality care because of the lack of awareness regarding Sickle Cell Anemia. It is important to provide awareness, because the lack of knowledge affects the treatment that sicklers receive. Throughout the last 20 years I have became an advocate for those who do not have a voice. I have had the ability to educate and raise awareness to providers, and others who are not familiar with this disease and the effects it has on the mind and body. I am here to help raise awareness, provide hope, education, facilitate quality care and give a voice to those who don’t have one and suffer in silence with Sickle Cell Anemia. Through collaboration and advocacy, we can learn and create new and innovative ways of providing treatment to those with this painful disease. Please contact me so we can work together to provide better treatment and bridge the gap with the Sickle Cell Anemia community. Contact Information: sicklecelltalk@gmail.com
