Hi, I'm Tosha! I'm a CPA, Co-Founder of Bison and Founder of Caffeinated Consulting. In addition to my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA, I also studied Sports Administration at Wichita State University because I wanted to be a female Jerry Maguire. In my former life, I was the VP of Finance for a marketing agency, where I spent my free time escaping the finance department via the fresh-air ducting system, spying on the creative department through the ventilation system and learning their marketing secrets. As a fractional Chief Financial Officer, I provide high-level financial strategy, analysis, and guidance to small businesses on a part-time basis, overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.
