Reporting to the CEO, I am responsible for the people and corporate technology functions globally, as well as our strategic business partnerships, including Archer/Stellantis, which is focused on building the highest volume manufacturing site in aviation history, leveraging advanced manufacturing technology and expertise, allowing Archer to strengthen its path to commercialization.

Globally responsible for HR function (managed a global HR team of 600) supporting 40,000 employees across 54 countries. Reported to the CEO. Also served as President of Lutech Resources (a McDermott company); managed P&L and responsible for all offices and personnel.

Post merger with CB&I. Responsible for Talent and Organizational Development globally across 54 counties. Reported to CHRO.

*Assisted in launching and building the Houston office, which grew to 150+ consultants across 50+ local clients. *Dual role overseeing strategic accounts (bids/proposals, P&L, personnel, client relationships) and responsible for building an organizational development practice, offerings and intellectual property.Clients: CB&I, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Cameron, LyondellBassel, Ascend Performance Materials, eBay, Yahoo, PG&E, Baylor College of Medicine, St. Lukes Hospital, etc.
