Delivering a programme of high profile, business critical change projects over a twelve month period. End-to-end project responsibilities include requirements gathering, resource planning, risk management, implementation reviews, acceptance testing and departmental training. Successfully managed the delivery of a ‘facebook-style’ social network solution that required management of external suppliers through an iterative development cycle.Directed a highly complex project to replace in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution with the open-source SugarCRM solution. Deliverables included the addition of several custom developments to the solution and the secure transfer of valuable customer data.Launched a consumer facing e-Learning portal which involved the management of a series of custom developments to the Moodle open-source solution. The project took 9 months to deliver and specifically required skilled co-ordination of 3 external suppliers, 8 internal departments across 4 countries.

Responsible for the overall workflow of a team of 10 web developers in a .NET and SQL environment.Successfully managed relationships with a number of key accounts predominently across Financial, Telecomms and FMCG industries.Key contributor to new business, writing and presenting material for a number of pitches, regularly securing new contracts with varied value of between £10k to £1m.Devised and implemented a flexible and effective project management approach that significantly increased productivity, quality and efficiency by an average of 30% per project.

Introduced a number of flag-ship products and headed a varied range of projects consistently delivering results for numerous clients such as O2, BT and Capital Radio as well as sponsoring and managing a number of internal business change projects. Recruited, devised and defined the roles and responsibilities of Content team members, initiating subsequent team building elements including an effective appraisal system. Delivered official mobile products for a number of high profile IP owners including Warner Music, Aardman and Universal.Analysed future business requirements, reporting significant findings directly to Directors.
