Toshiaki has over seven years of experience as an Assistant Manager at a local Baskin Robbins Franchise. Managed day to day store operations and logistics and has demonstrated expertise working in the food & beverages industry. Current experience includes management of store operations, training new employees, menu price maintenance, catering, food & beverage, menu development, customer service, implementing and training of new procedures, technical expertise of POS system cash registers, and developing food safety guidelines and tool management.He has acquired experience as an Interim Acting UV Flow Monitor, Amazon's Covid testing procedures for on-site employees, and was in charge of conducting proper safety procedures and auditing processes. His other position involved proper management and designation of potentially hazardous materials within the AMZL warehouse. As a member of the Associate Safety Committee his passion dives deep in creating an environment where safety is a priority for all associates and in turn serving customers with the highest standards.
