Work closely with the middle and top management to support human capital perform better and reinforce the corporate and positive work culture.• Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees• Corporate policy communication and Problem resolution to ensure a positive and productive working environment• Provide guidance to managers regarding employee issues; effectively balance role of employee advocate with the best interests of the business• Monitor key business metrics to identify areas of opportunity/concern, support the creation and execution of action plans to address employee issues• Lay out industry standard HR Best Practices and follow up with the timely and quality execution of HR processes and procedures• Provide oversight, guidance and expedite HR issues related to Employment Offers, Work Permits, Corporate Policy communication, Health Insurance, Employee Benefits, Employee Relocation & Logistics, Reward & recognition• Maintain HR records, processes and procedures in accordance with HR Audit requirements• Interact with other corporate divisions including IT Staffing, Accounts and Top Management on HR related matters• Effectively coordinate & communicate with external entities such as Attorney Office, Insurance Agents and Government Agencies• Facilitate regular communication and employee recognition activities• Develop and maintain positive employee relationships• Drive a high performance culture and increase employee engagement

Handling whole recruitment and hiring Cycle, Hiring and post hiring activities, Induction, Salary and Wages, Payroll, Legal HR Compliance, Statutory compliance, Employee Welfare, ER Activities, Performance Management, HR and Admin Systems and processes implementation, Manage the Disciplinary and Grievance Policy process in compliance with Company Policy, etc
