Toshio Ikeda is a Production Manager at Kantana Japan at Kantana Japan. He possess expertise in photoshop, final cut pro, after effects, film production, video editing and 14 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "It has twice been my pleasure to work with Toshio regarding film: First as a student in a film production class at SBCC where Toshio was the TA to the instructor of Directing for the Camera, Ed Kaplan. I was impressed with Toshio's intelligence and knowledge of film, and his skills navigating editing programs and the archive of film history available online. Helping students in their production efforts was welcomed because of his experience and humble delivery, which expedited the objectives; he could figure the most efficient solution to problems. The other occasion working with Toshio was as colleague volunteers for the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, when he was an intern to the Director of the Festival, Roger Durling. His functions were to coordinate venue operations and guarantee smooth proceedings. This took him into a myriad of groups and arenas to solve diverse challenges. Much to his credit, from my perspective, Toshio helped facilitate a great experience during the weeks of preparation and actual Festival. Beyond that, it will come as no surprise to anyone who chances to meet and work with Toshio that he is just a great guy, kind, giving and helpful in a non-intrusive fashion, and really knows his craft, well enough that he also serves as a tutor in the Digital Arts Center media lab at SBCC, where he solves editing and production challenges for students struggling with unfamiliar programs. He would be a great addition to any production team."
