I am currently seeking a new opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise in a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, diversity, and impact.In my most recent role as a Partnership Director and Principal Consultant at Equal Opportunity Schools, I managed and coached 14 diverse schools in 4 states, helping them to increase the representation and success of historically underrepresented students in the most rigorous and academically intense high school courses. I engaged with key stakeholders at all levels, from superintendents to teachers, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the data-driven EOS program. I also created and executed business development strategies for high-level opportunities, partnerships, and unique market segments. If I have had to learn a system like Salesforce or an ATS, I will do it to ensure it is utilized to its full potential.
