We work with businesses to ensure growth and continued success, through strategic planning, dynamic marketing, and automated systems.Change Management & Transformation Consultant• Lead teams to develop clear change management strategy and goals using frameworks that support align with client org design.• Develop and execute OCM roadmap, org design, communication plan, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan for clients.• Design job descriptions and org structures that include job responsibilities, tasks, and performance measures. • Optimize policies and operational processes to ensure proper controls, automations, and efficiency to support growth, reduce risk, and increase client satisfaction.BSA/AML Compliance Consultant• Lead compliance testing, conduct gap analysis, and perform compliance audits to identify risks and recommend resolutions to senior management.• Conduct investigations from detailed information including names and accounts provided by multiple sources (including correspondent banking, government institutional banking, and retail banking) for evidence of money laundering activity based on the client’s policies and procedures.• Review and evaluate completed AML/OFAC cases and KYC profiles completed by investigators to ensure quality control according to established standards, that the appropriate supporting documentation is obtained, and decisions made by analysts are defensible.• Assess the design and effectiveness of processes and controls to mitigate potential compliance risks.• Track and validate the implementation of remedial actions to verify that issues were remediated.• Prepare review reports that highlight the scope, testing approach, and the results of the review.• Independent contract work includes experience with top consulting firms.
