It Project Manager
- Leading, managing, and implementing IT change projects, of varying sizes and complexities across different streams.- Delivering a new trading entity system within the group company.- Monitoring and delivering the roll out of new systems and concession stores to several to client locations.- Providing regular and accurate status reports to stakeholders- Ensuring the scoping of Logistics/IT/HR/Retail Projects remain on-time and to budget.- Ensuring all IT project activities and milestones are managed in line with company standards and policies.- Overseeing several B2B flooring projects, ensuring projects are running to plan, budget and scope.- Managing IT project dependencies as well as impacts across multiple business units, solving problems as encountered and escalating where appropriate.- Working with the IT architect, the business and test team to manage timely deployments and releases within projects.- Assisting the senior management team in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new Logistics/IT/HR/Retail related technologies as at when they become available.- Working closely with other project managers and business analysts to align project scope and goals in order to avoid scope creep and foster transparency.- Ensuring 3rd party suppliers resolve issues within agreed warranty SLA- Using Kanban boards, agile methodologies to deliver projects.- Prioritising workload based on project priorities.
