➢ Ensure and provide a high standard of member and client service at CPN by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to member enquiries, increasing value to existing CPN members and prospective membersThe members’ first point of contact at CPN delivering quality frontline service to members through a well developed knowledge of CPN services and code of conducts and registration procedures and guidelines. ➢ Resolves member complaints in an appropriate and timely manner within CPN policy and legislative requirements.➢ Ensures all applications, transactions and instructions from members are processed in a timely manner with highest of accuracy and professionalism.➢ Ensures members receive accurate, consistent, responsive and timely information and assistance by taking ownership of the relationship with members.➢ Handles the tasks of providing crucial administrative support in a confidential nature. ➢ Responsible for offering telephonic and first-point contact help as well as delivering customer satisfaction surveys.➢ Performs other tasks as delegated.

➢ Act as primary liaison between Council, Management, and IT organizations and professionals for the business relations and opportunities.➢ Develop and implement programmes, trainings and activities designed to enhance members’ relations with the Council within my assigned regional coverage states.➢ Assigned to strategic accounts that may be grouped by industry where CPN has a limited presence. ➢ Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass-market programmes and leveraging third party partners. ➢ Develops and coordinates a professional relationship with individual and corporate members that establishes CPN as a preferred regulatory agency and optimizes CPN's partnership.➢ Serving as the Brand Ambassador for the Council.➢ To increase and retain membership of the profession.➢ Managing Corporate IT firms & IT professional members’➢ Represents the Council in its relationship with numerous external stakeholders.➢ Maintains the Council’s database (Register of Members) of members’ files.➢ Holds prospective member functions as well as conducts orientation programmes for new members.➢ Develops and adheres to regional budget; after approval, monitors and take corrective actions as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained.➢ Develops and ensures that established procedures for processing prospective members’ applications are consistently followed.
