Joined Financial Cents as the first marketing hire, creating and managing our content strategy. Over time, my role evolved:- Sourced and hired a team of 4 (freelance writer, SEO specialist, designer, social and community manager)- Built a content creation and repurposing program: converting podcasts and expert interviews to blog articles, social media posts, YT videos, and newsletter content- Maintained great blog stats: 3.8 pages per session, 20% increase in MOM organic traffic from social media, email, and partner programs- In charge of creating our overarching content strategies and managing the execution process- Hosted our signature expert live sessions where I interviewed industry thought leaders on salient topics- Came up with cross-promotion programs with partner apps- Grew our LinkedIn audience by 73% and expanded our reach on Twitter (before the social media manager joined us)- Managed our email marketing programs including the "Insights for Firm Founders" Newsletter- Shared ideas to move the company forward e.g. adding specific questions to the sign-up page to better help us track effective customer acquisition channels, building a resource hub to house all our content, among others
