𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 (𝗜𝗖) 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸:- Preparing and supporting monthly meetings with Hubs/WBUs; - Helping to organise and animate onboarding sessions for new ICs;- Ensuring community animation: answering questions, collecting feedbacks, staying up-to-date on news and best practices to ensure IC processes are effective and updated;- Regularly collaborating with other departments, such as Audit, Ethics, Risk, Treasury and Digital Security to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗖 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: - Improving the IC self-assessment campaign creating from scratch a data transformation project on Power BI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities;- Creating new impactful contents: short awareness video largely diffused within the Group, training on inquiry skills, semester newsletter, serious game on a specific IC topic, simulation tool to improve Segregation of Duties (SOD) awareness;- Improving IC visibility by redesigning IC website and hosting a webinar on a Virtual Campus.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Conducting periodic reviews of financial data to identify and correct misalignments of Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands on the Dutch market;- Carrying out detailed vehicle price calculations for new monthly campaigns (launching DS 4 and 308);- Calculating the lease rate for different vehicles based on factors such as depreciation, interest rate, maintenance costs, and residual value;- Creating and maintaining a monthly report that provided insights on cost trends, profitability, and efficiency;- Creating Excel macros for repetitive tasks to improve data quality and efficiency (VBA).𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: - Analyzing of competitor financial data, weekly benchmark by market segments;- Active collaboration to vehicle pricing strategies, regular exchanges with contributors;- Implementing and deploying sales actions within a tight timeframe;- Optimisation of customer journey/user digital experience.
