The internal relations manager or “Buddy system coordinator” is responsible for planning, creating and maintaining the Buddy system in LC Varna. She will ensure that all members in the LC have strong and lasting relations between themselves and that the AIESEC W@Y and traditions are not lost in time.-the strategic planning of the project;-managing the team;

My role is to help during the whole process of planning and organizing the special events be-fore, during and after the conference. I am also responsible for promoting the events and ensuring attendance of delegates, partners and alumni. Part of my job as Teamster Special Events is to create new contacts and partner-ships.
