Throughout my career at the Ministry of Transport, I held a couple of mid to high-level management positions. My responsibilities included managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, negotiations with other counties, international organizations and the EU, and leading teams.

As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis / Controlling (a small team of 2 people) at the holding company of the Béres Group (Béres Investment Co. Ltd) I was responsible for creating the holding-level business planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting of the group, as well as for some of the individual companies in different domains. Besides the long-existing companies, it included business planning for newly founded and acquired companies.I wrote complex SQL queries and stored procedures both for our team and other stakeholders (marketing team, logistics team etc.) to gain proper data for reporting purposes.With my team, colleagues in subsidiaries, and with the assistance of consultants and data engineers, we introduced a new financial planning system utilizing the then-popular OLAP system.

I was responsible for creating business planning, analysis and reporting of some small companies in the company group, and contributing to these processes in the bigger ones, as well as for writing SQL queries and creating analysis for other departments as needed (mainly sales and marketing data analysis)
