Function as Tier II lead analyst for DISA-EUROPE’s IP problem-management group. Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot all aspects of large-scale IP network infrastructure from core routing protocols to customer firewalls to rapidly and efficiently minimize adverse impact of network anomalies. Coordinate rapid resolutions to IP and other connectivity issues as the Tier I escalation point for IP network issues.

Network design, capacity planning and optimization of cellular communications networks.Developed theoretical radio frequency (RF) designs using propagation prediction software and extensive link budget analysis to determine optimal placement of cellular network base stations. Selected candidate cell site locations based on measured drive test data. Was responsible for setting up test equipment, planning test routes, post-processing of the data to tune propagation models and making final base staion location recommendations. Performed RF capacity planning on existing networks by analyzing subscriber forecast projections, market call models and trending of RF network performance and traffic data.Assisted in the preparation of design proposals and the techncial writing of final customer reports.
