Reporting to the GM of Platforms Business as part of the executive leadership team chartered to envision and structure short and long-term operating strategies, tactical execution, and oversight.Lead Operations team strategy for U.S. and Asia Contract Manufacturing, implemented New Product Introduction, Planning & Fulfilment, Supplier Quality Engineering teams and optimized Product, Test, Manufacturing teams.Lead Operations leaders, and associated organizations to scale, offshore / re-shore, select and implement CM’s for OEM and TAA.Led Manufacturing Steering Committee for outsourced strategy from scope, selection and scaling realizing 73% reduced MVA costs, 64% reduced inventory, increased inventory turns 3x, while scaling business 11x over <18 months with reduced headcount and COGS.Leader of Product, Test and Manufacturing engineering teams to architect, develop, validate, and implement scalable Manufacturing, FRU/CRU/RMA processes at 3 U.S. and one Asia locations. Optimized ICT through System Test performance, per unit test cost 4x with increased coverage. Consolidated four Test platforms to one. Developed reduced cost and time manufacturing self-test.Developed site agnostic Shop Floor control, Data Analytics and Failure Analysis systems.Influenced global supply chain to select, source, plan, procure and manage demand and inventory.Introduced a matrixed Sustaining Products Core Team to produce, reduce costs, improve, scale, and optimize supply, factory metrics, quality and enhance customer experience.Launched Sustaining Engineering team owning total product cost and refreshes, second sources, qualifications, and release realizing >15% cost reduction, 50% sourcing continuity.Hired and implemented Quality team consisting of Electrical and Mechanical Supplier Quality, NPI/ Product Development, Manufacturing, Reliability, customer escalation and related processes.Extensive OEM & Enterprise Data Center customer interface at executive level.
