Required ongoing coordination and consulting with key industry and government stakeholders.Football Manitoba - develop five year strategic plan and integrated funding framework (IFF) for Sport Manitoba; oversee the implementation of organizational transition to online registration systems; develop and implement major funding initiatives for both traditional and online efforts in accordance with Manitoba Liquor & Gaming Authority; provide interim management services while organization replaces its Executive Director.Grand Pines Golf Club - re-branding and marketing of one of Manitoba's finest golf courses with focus upon social media and customer loyalty programs. This program has yielded an increase of nearly 20% in revenues in back to back years.

Direct corporate communications & marketing functions of the Company and develop plans for new business development efforts as the lottery industry takes a larger step into the “on line” realm in both service offerings and in marketing/ communication techniques. Specific responsibilities include:• Lead development and implementation of Company Social Media strategies both as a promotional tool for the Company and as a service to provide to our lottery customers • Manage the Corporate Market Research group, providing service both internally and as a value added service for our lottery customers• Lead proposal development, review and production for all Company tenders• Manage media and public relations, act as Company spokesperson.• Manage all Company tradeshow, conferences and special events

From vision and concept, through technology development and commercialization - Rob is credited as being responsible for the creation of this new, out of home advertising medium that placed motion pictures on subway tunnel walls around the globe.Prepared all business plans; sourced and conducted all of the necessary financing negotiations; initiated and negotiated all real estate and joint venture deals with the various transit organizations; oversaw technology development and intellectual property licensing & protection and supervised initial physical installation work. Hired, trained and managed team of sales representatives and staffed up the engineering, installation and office functions with employees or consultants.

As the Company advanced itself into several existing and new product lines, Rob was hired as the team leader to manage and coordinate the individual product line marketing teams - tying their efforts to the overall corporate strategy and vision.

Initially a Contract Administrator, Rob advanced into more "front line" activity dealing directly with customer communications such as proposal, newsletter and brochure writing and design. This support function grew as the Company proprietary products became a larger piece of the business and eventually required a fully staffed Marketing Services and Desktop Publishing Department providing proposal management services, marketing communications, tradeshows and special events and public relations activities.
