- Support business strategy from Finance and HR side (400-800 employees)- Supports the Facility manager in all decision relating to strategic, organizational, and operational financial and people matters and drive profitability- Support employees and the business leaders on a daily basis, being a single point of contact- Deliver the HR strategy focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, ensuring effective performance management, supporting organizational design and workforce planning- Drive strong employee engagement through communication and creative activities and events, and ensure proactive follow up on engagement survey results and ongoing feedback- Understand the competitive positioning of the facility as an employer in the market and create appropriate compensation & benefits structures based on market and internal benchmarking- Lead performance management and talent management and succession planning processes, and follow up on the development of internal talent, including effective management of promotions, cross-trainings and job assignments- Oversee Financial Analysis processes and tasks (Budget, Projection, monthly sales and expense analysis, Investment studies). Establish appropriate budget goals aligned with divisional strategy- Monitor business performance, challenge results and develop recommendations to improve financial performance in close collaborating with local management teams- Present budgets, financial results, variances and other financial data to management team and regional management - Create a strong Internal Control environment Ensure compliance with internal control standards- Lead, support and develop 3 managers and 3 generalistrepare and present
