My ToR• Application of graduation approach to support poor families• Lead identification of resources within the target areas that suit Graduation Approach.• Provide technical guidance and input to select project beneficiaries.• Lead development of practical Livelihood Action Plan for target households, and facilitate implementation accordingly.• Initiate comprehensive communications and public relations activities to promote joint efforts to help poor households with AP teams.• Coordinate with micro finance institutions (MFIs), banks, and relevant entities to improve access to micro credit for poor households to start and expand their agriculture production.• Coordinate with MFIs, bank, and relevant institutions to develop knowledge and skills among target beneficiaries on appropriate financial literacy contents.• Develop proper guidelines on asset transfer and access to micro credit activities that support poor households and are suitable to the market system.• Design market research plan with iDE and Lors Thmey, lead team in conducting research, prepare research report, and propose recommendations and innovative solutions that suit both target beneficiaries and iDE / Lors Themy to create a better market system.• Coordinate with iDE and Lors Themy to implement market linkage initiatives smoothly.• Guide project team in supporting Farm Business Advisors (FBAs) and farmers to conduct participatory market spot checks.• Meet with relevant stakeholders, including governmental, non-governmental and private bodies to promote social development and market linkages.• Lead development of external relationships that promote effective market linkages.• Develop technical guidance and materials to support staff capacity building.• Lead capacity building for project team through trainings and coaching activities to ensure quality of project.

My ToR- Working in close collaboration with the value chain specialist for identifying critical interventions for investments, enhancement of relationships, development of enabling institutions and services and stimulating actual scaling as part of the focused and actor driven project facilitation for the specific value chains in a continuous multi stakeholder consultation process.- Liaise and Coordinate with Network of Farmer Associations, Agricultural Cooperatives and Association within the HUB to maintain close relationship and proper communication with HUB and work toward reliable, fair and long term relationship.- Support farmer associations in identification and orientation to potential cooperatives /group for investment in specific value chain as prioritized by the multi stakeholder process.- Facilitate and Support HUB office in collection and dissemination of information related to production cluster development and providing business development services to the farmers for specific value chain.- Facilitate and Support farmers and private service provider for investments, developing concept notes and investment/business plan for assessing matching grants/loan within specific value chains.- Facilitate Multi Stakeholder Platform (MSP), Interaction, Meeting and ensure proper communication between producer group and agribusiness and work toward reliable, fair and long term relationship.- Facilitate and Support farmers’ association, agricultural cooperatives and group to meet market requirements and strengthening technical, financial and business services providers, provision for specific value chains.- Support a fair negotiation and a proper understanding between farmers and the agri-businesses and facilitate the contract for buying-back arrangement;- Brokering “Win-Win” and trusted-based business or service relationship among value chain actors including improvement in business enabling environment.- Provide Strategic Support to HUB

Responsibilities: - Building relationships with local authorities to assess the needs of clients in using the water filters in the target.- Be responsible for organizing outreach to target communities, awareness of water filters, water filters, water storage, and relevant line ministries.- Be responsible for organizing to educate the target communities about sanitation and hygiene issues.- Make sure that all relevant promotional material is properly crafted to make the advertisement effective.- Provide training and guidance on health and hygiene issues to beneficiaries and families benefiting from the project.- Provide a quarterly and monthly reported of the Water Filter to Program Manager.
