• Partner with line managers to provide quality HR advice and support, as well as 1st line people resolution.• Evaluate and engage line managers in establishing the right organization structure based on intended business-operating model.• Syndicate with stakeholders on their specific requirements in terms of manpower planning, development interventions, career progression, etc.• Strategize the execution of the performance management cycle by ensuring completion of the exercise within the stipulated timeline and alignment to its intent & philosophy.• Engage line manager in calibrating the right deliverables to reflect high performance culture.• Provide advice to line managers on legal implications of HR issues in ensuring compliance with local laws and industry regulations.• Initiate and drive staff motivation and engagement. • Drive the implementation of various employee engagement programs/culture boosters and deliver them to ensure high employee engagement

Recruitment & Selection:• Develop and forecast talent needs in yearly basis in accordance to the business needs. • Craft & drive talent sourcing strategies to ensure staffing needs are met within the entire bank.• Build up a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities i.e. career fair participations, recruitment roadshows…etc.• Manage external partnerships with top universities, job boards and recruitment agencies.• Oversee end-to-end stages of recruitment i.e. talent sourcing, CV screenings, career conversation arrangement, background check, and on-boarding communications…etc.• Being strategic partner to Business and functional Leaders/Heads in consultatively fulfilling their talent needs.• Identify key bottlenecks and problems related to the hiring process and propose solutions to senior management.• Lead, oversee and supervise members of recruiting team.• Monitor and review the Bank’s annual recruitment budget. Compensation & Benefits Management:• Develop and monitor compensation policies and procedures which will enable human capital to better support the business. • Implement compensation strategy and related programs designed to ensure the Bank is effective in attracting and retaining talents.• Work with Head, Human Capital and the relevant management committee(s) to recommend design and perform analysis of short and long-term compensation & benefit/incentive plans.• Participate in on-going compensation consultations such as job evaluation, pay equity, career path development, new hire pay ranges, external market pricing, and policy interpretation.• Ensure the fulfilment of HC to legal & regulatory requirements to safeguard MCP’s compliance obligation.• Prepare and monitor personnel budget and cost.• Manage the day to day activities of the compensation & benefits team.• Lead, oversee and supervise the compensation & benefits team members.
