From a $12m loss to profit and market leadership in 6 years. Along with the massive support from others we were able to generate a profit in the final year of around $36M. Worked with China development partners and finance partners to assist in the turn around. Had some great support from my bosses and the sales team and the engineers who would work into the night to generate the ideas we wanted to turn the Australian business around , then BAM time to do it for myself...............................go for it . Over 400 new products generated , and the impetus for some corporate JV's . Worked with global corporate teams on almost every continent. Set up China JV , created new product lines and assisted US management restructure the business. Im considered their greatest regret at letting me go cause I sort of took $9 Billion off them over the next 20 years. Had a team of several General Managers reporting to him by the age of $29 and was responsible for commercial plans and investments as well as product roads and staffing. -

Met life long friends ( your still a jerk Lee ) , Fantastic support again , and over 150 products created in 4 years from new bathroom designs to dumping dead products in a special way. By the 4th year had a team of 40 from marketing engineering and factory floor working on my projects.
