Head of DepartmentElectrical & Instrumentation ( Electrical & Electronics).Main Responsibilities are: 1- Maintenance of Electrical & Instruments for the Polycon Section ( 75 To Bottle Grade Chips Plant).-Emerson DeltaV DCS System -2- Maintenance of Electrical & Instruments for the SSP ( 120 T/ day Solid State Polymerization plant PolyMatrix).3- Maintenance and troubleshooting Hardware & Software of DCS Delta V version 12 Both SSP & Polycon.4- E&I Maintenance of Utilities a) IR 160 KW Screw Type Oil Free Compressors b) Cooling Tower c) Chillers Broadway absorption type d) Boilers including Waste heat Recovery boilers. e)Hot Oil Burners. f) O2 Analyzers. g) Nitrogen Generators. h)Demin Water Treatment Plant. i) Bagging Machines. h) Quality Control Lab Equipments j) CCTV & PABX Systems k) General Electrical Works

~Maintaining and modifying existing systems and managing its operations.~ Maintenance and calibration of different field instruments (HART + Field Foundation). ~ Fault Tracing(PLC,DCS,Instrument loops) through consulting Instrument drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams and P&IDs.~ To modify and make new Electrical & Instrument diagrams . ~ Planning, Scheduling and Execution of the Maintenance Jobs~Inventory Control, Resource Management, Workforce Management.

Reports To Manager E&I.- Planning of daily maintenance activities.- Inspection of Equipments.- Duty Scheduling of Teams - Maintaining of plant spare Inventory-

- Automation Projects.- Field Instrumentation.- Field Calibration.- Field Instrumentation Installation and Commissiong- Calibration and Verification of Instruments ( Quality Assurance and Quality Control Labs of Different Industries)

Worked In Electrical and Instrument Department.Worked in 1-Sugar Section.2-Distillary Section.- Calibration of Plant instruments.- Loop Testing of Instruments in field.- Using Master Instruments for Field Correction and adjusting Zero,Span,LRV,URV 3-PolyPropline Section.4-Chip Board Section.Report to DGM E&I Installation and commissiong of Automation System from Old Honey well system to Converted over Delta PLC's deep bed filters in my presence,Regular shift report Review for Complaints Managed by B and C shift to look after remaining or Pending work to complete in General Shift.Meetings with instrument manager regarding issues related to instrument section Also Preventive and Corrective actions to be taken.Manage ISO related work for the instrument section, -Sensor issues during operation of Mill house including RPM sensors, Techo meters & other instruments,-Automation related work and troubleshooting during Season.-Planning for Shutdown Activities -Planning for Startup Activities
