a) Responsible all Project, Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation & Factory Automation work.b) Maintain the SOP and frequently check the Sub-Station, Electrical Panel, PLC, HMI, AC & Servo Drives.c) Plan & Execute the KPI, Schedule, Preventive and Annual maintenance as per SOP with records. d) Instant support to breakdown period within shortest time considering the minimum maintenance cost. e) Train & Lead the junior engineer and technician to ensuring the smooth operation & maintenance with safety. f) Always working under pressure, achieving target, making maintenance plan consider all the potential constants like availability of spare parts, availability of manpower, availability of safety equipment.g) Prepare monthly maintenance report & prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015, FCMS, SGS, QMS & BSTI requirements to face the all local and international audit successfully.h) Practice 5S, Lean Management & KAIZEEN to improving the Factory operation with minimum breakdown.

a) Programming and Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, VFI, Servo Drive, Different kind of Operator Panel, PID controller, Process Controllers etc. b) Visiting various sites for Design, Modification & Troubleshooting of a different kind of automated machinery in Industry. c) Work on Electronics systems such as AC drives, PLCs, Electronics circuits & hand-on experience to attend the hardware fault. d) Work on Electrical control system such as Star-Delta starter, Different kind of Operating Panel Board etc. e) Testing, Calibration, Installation commissioning of different kind of Field Instruments like Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Pressure Gauges, and Ultrasonic Level Transmitters etc.
