- Responsible for business development intended for a set of RMG manufacturer & Brand through product up-gradation, development, troubleshooting, etc.- Generate customer wise yearly & quarterly actions to achieve yearly value/ volume target, also align those actions with global or local level brand opportunities to get expanded business win not only customer-specific also Brand or Region level- Assist in creating a pipeline of new business opportunities, plan & development specialized strategies & project to gain New Business or Nomination from RMG manufacturers & Brands- Illustrate the characteristics and merits of coats products and lined up with combinations of fabrics, machines, needles, other equipment to the customers for optimized performance & quality of final product - Select the correct products & assist the customer in making product selections, based on customer needs, product specification & applicable regulation- Build material/product wise forecast for regular/new product based on garment type & quantity- Handle post-sales maintenance & upgrade activities & ensure that any problems are resolved within the standard time allotted for the nature of the complaint
