Around 10 years of working experience, including 2 years in the financial and private sectors and 8 years in the humanitarian sector which by and large involved me into - (a) designing and carrying out research of varying nature, scale and methodology, (b) managing overall M&E of mult-donor funded projects – mainly following DCED standards with random ad-hoc adoption of OECD/DAC, WB/IEG guidelines, (c) assisting in sub-grant activities, (d) raising fund – particularly by preparing proposals and bidding against RFP/EOI, (e) building the capacity of peers and team management in both field and station. Most of my work are related to varying issues and components in the area of agricultural-development (input, output & post-harvest), RMG, SMEs, Banking, Micro-credit, WEE, SRHR, GBV-VAWG-CEFM and such. In terms of technical and strategic coverage, my work evolves mainly around PSD models including market development approach (otherwise known as M4P), inclusive growth, value chain approach, market based solution (MBS), and sometimes a synthesized approach with community-based models. I am well versed in DCED standards and other similar standards followed by WB, EU, UN as long as they are embedded on theory of change/impact logic/ result chain/ log frame. Through various academic and non-academic trainings and readings, I am oriented with Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA), cognitive mapping and qualitative modeling, Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT), Value for Money (VfM), Most Significant Changes (MSCs) etc. I am well-experienced in statistical software such as SPSS; poverty measurement tools such as PPI, MPI, PAT, MPAT; online data collection tools such as SurveyCTO (ODK), SurveyToGo etc.I have been often praised for my writing skills, analytical abilities, IT competencies and efficiency in designing cost-effective and result-oriented research methodologies and M&E framework.
