• Ensuring compliance with complete implementation of AML/CFT Regime to comply with AML / CFT regulatory requirements • To have management responsibility of a team of CDD/KYC analysts who perform review activities of the banks clients• Ensures that quality work performed by the team during performance of Review.• Ensure timely review of low and high risk client profile.• Ensure timely resolution of deficient cases after contacting coordinating with branches.• To effectively interact, communicate & engage with all stakeholders i.e. Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Account maintenance unit, AML team, BORMs etc to achieve the objectives of the unit• Ensure changes in processes are suggested after due discussions with all stakeholders or changes advised through email time to time• Keep abreast of developments in Governance and advise the team accordingly• Ensure that all service standards are maintained by the staff keeping the bank’s integrity in mind.

Ensuring compliance with complete implementation of AML/CFT Regime to comply with AML / CFT regulatory requirements Responsible for reporting quarterly and annually in regard to AML to regulators.Conduct investigation of internal and external fraud including cases highlight in whistle blowing policy and forgery case.Liaison with lawyers and enforcement agencies against their letters and enquiries. Ensuring compliance with the VPS rules, 2005, Funds constitutive documents and other prevailing regulatory frame work.Provide insight to Management on regulatory matters, feedback on various development, proposal, recommendation etc.Liaise with different stake holder such as SECP, MUFAP, Trustee and external auditors from time to time or for provision for information. Assist different departments towards implementation regulatory requirement as and when promulgated Assist different departments to resolve their queries related to regulatory mattersTo perform drafting/updation of policies, procedure, guidelines etc as and when requiredAssist Head of department in various non routine task / special assignment which also include to provide insight to other departments with compliance such as; risk management and information technology department

Working in Finance Fund Accounting department Reporting to SECP regarding monthly progress of funds Reporting to state bank of Pakistan regarding monthly progress of funds Calculation of Marginal Trading System’s settlements, exposure & markup Valuation of all assets (Till, PIB & TFCs) by marked to market on daily basis. Calculating and verifying Net Asset Value of respective funds on daily basis. Calculate all brokerage charges and reconcile it from trial balance Reconciliation of all banks accounts and all major heads Responsible for making & checking draft accounts of respective funds. Responsible for cash management of fund for investment , redemption and settlement of securities Responsible of printing of accounts of respective funds
