Implementing ,Administration Troubleshooting • Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions• Interacts with internal clients (architecture and quality team) to develop strategy, evaluate new options and tool sets for continuous process improvements.• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the daily backup solutions.• Provides support and consultation to remote locations or clients in order to identify requirements and configuration resources.• Provide technical and functional support on Microsoft Dynamics Nav.• Providing on-going support of Company Systems.• Administer web servers for smooth operations and business continuity.• Automates routine procedures. Maintains servers, creates monitoring reports and logs, and ensures functionality of links.• On Time report to management for any security incident, bug or vulnerabilities.• Prepare and Develop security standards, policies and processes.• Research and investigate any information security related issue.• Experience with vulnerability assessments including network and web app penetration testing.
