Tova is the Marketing Director of NKS and the Digital Marketing Manager at Banner Industries. Banner Industries champions specialty metal distribution for aerospace, medical and industrial manufacturing. NKS, a Banner Industries company, specializes in the sale of slit coil in stainless, aluminum and high-temperature alloys. Tova has been working in the digital marketing field for over seven years, with expertise in SEO, SEM, website design and maintenance, social media, AI and automation and general online user experience.Tova is also a theatre director and producer based in Chicago and New York. She is the co-founder and Artistic Director of Refracted Theatre Company. Her recent directing credits include, A Play About David Mamet Writing a Play About Harvey Weinstein (Theater Wit), The King’s Speech (Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Associate Director), Monica: This Play Is Not About Monica Lewinsky (59E59 Theaters & Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2019), Security (Secret Theatre), A Bad Night (The Frontier), Fade (Victory Gardens, Associate Director), For the Loyal (Athenaeum Theater, Associate Director) and Bachelorette (Soho Rep.) In 2016 Tova won Best Director for her production of Between Men at the Midtown International Theatre Festival. She was a 2017/2018 Directing Fellow at Victory Gardens Theater and a 2017 participant in the Director’s Lab Chicago.Refracted Theatre Company is a non-profit arts organization based in Chicago. Refracted's mission is to tell stories on stage in innovative ways that inspire empathy for nuanced perspectives and civil action. Refracted is taking a curiosity-driven approach to disagreement. Tova is a co-founder and co-Artistic Director of Refracted. She is currently producing the organization's fourth theatrical season.
