I incubated global partnerships to best meet customer requirements.During my tenure in this role, I led a collaboration with Accenture resulting in a >250 percent increase in YoY revenues. Propagating best practices within AWS, I promoted a 200 percent year-over-year growth rate target in direct and indirect revenues.

Quest Software provides end-to-end IT solutions in a variety of industries with capabilities in systems management, security and business intelligence. The software portfolio extends solutions to a wide range of customers and partners while simplifying operations, delivering faster results, and maximizing workforce productivity. Within my role as Director of Global Alliances, I developed strategy and resource requirements for leveraged sales of Quest products and services through targeted global systems integrators. I created strategic marketing solutions and managed a global pursuit team for alliances partners including Accenture/Avanade, Capgemini, CSC, EMC, and HP.In conjunction with accelerated growth strategies, as a senior leader, I promoted a 25 percent year-over-year targeted annual growth rate in direct revenue.

Adobe Systems Limited Europe provides tools and services to allow customers to create groundbreaking digital content, deploy it across media and devices, measure and optimize it over time, and achieve greater business success.As Director of EMEA Partner Sales, I managed an EMEA-based team of 31 partner managers, adopting new channels and partnerships for the increase in sales of Adobe’s enterprise products. I innovated new partner programs and value-based selling models that achieved 40 percent year-over-year growth targets and indirect revenues.Additionally, I was responsible for the management of the worldwide Adobe sales relationships with SAP, Accenture, and Capgemini.

Joining Oracle in 2008 through the acquisition of BEA Systems, I increased cross-border demand for Oracle products and services through indirect leverage of complementary ISVs. Managing a team consisting of seven direct reports, I focused on financial services, retail, publishing and travel and transport. I retooled the team through disciplined forecasting processes, business planning and enhanced enterprise selling skills. Within the Vice President role, I created go-to-market programs and services to increase entitlements to the ISV partner community and facilitated an uptake of ISV content within direct sales teams.

Vice President—EMEA Channels & Alliances, London, UK (2007-2008)Managed a team of 30 channels and alliances professionals. I successfully architected, implemented and launched an indirect channel model in Europe to establish BEA in the medium-sized business market. As a senior leader of marketing and strategic development, I drove multimillion-dollar incremental revenue in FY07 and FY08. Strategic alliances included: Accenture, Capgemini, CSC, LogicaCMG and T-Systems, and Magirus.Director of Americas Alliances/Director of Channel Operations —Washington, DC (2004-2007)I accelerated the sales through the North American alliances team and managed indirect operations in North America, growing indirect revenues over 350 percent in three years. Under my leadership, BEA won the VAR Business Award for Excellence in Enterprise Software in 2006. Regional Alliances Manager—Washington, DC (2002-2003)Directed business planning activities between strategic global partners and sales teams to incorporate BEA solutions into the market solutions of our alliances. Leveraged multimillion-dollar partner revenue in FY03 with accelerated growth on FY04.
