I work as a Learning Program Manager for training program development projects at Volvo Group University, Volvo Group Headquarters. This means I'm in constant dialog with our business stakeholders to analyze and map their needs towards relevant offerings in our portfolio.

As a project manager at Learning Services, Volvo IT, in addition to project management, I was responsible for the team occupancy, start-up meetings with customers, recruitment of new consultants and to create a good team-spirit. To build up the Bangalore Learning Services-team was also within my duties as well as responsibility for our Asia-delivery.

HiQ signed me on in October 2010 to be able to work 100% as a Producer/Business Analyst at Volvo IT, Learning Services. In that position I performed pre-studies and managed different kind of training projects, mostly e-learning.

In September 2009 I got a unique opportunity to do something completely different. I worked (as a consultant) as a coach for unemployed persons on behalf of Wynn Work AB. My role included everything from updating the blog, finding participants, coaching, putting together reports, be in contact with the employment office trying to find the participants a new job.

DoubleNet is a company in the performance-based advertising area. As an account manager at DoubleNet I was responsible for communicating with e-commerce companies interested in affiliate marketing. In the start-up phase I helped them to set up a good advertisement strategy.

Outsmart (today Minerva CLP) delivers customer adapted sales training in the form of e-learning and train the trainer-material. I had worked there as a self-employed person, to and from, since year 2000. At 2004 I became Key Account Manager at an employed basis. I was main responsible for one of our key customers, Husqvarna AB. For them we performed a Gap-analysis to map their need for knowledge, we implemented an LMS, we created Husqvarna University and created about 90 e-learning’s in 15 different languages. I also met new customers, wrote proposals and created and presented different training solutions. Year 2006 I started working as a project manager instead. In that role I coached project members, kept contact with the customers, requested translations and of course kept the project within budget and according to time plan.

For seven years I ran a small business; Exa, where I worked with web and digital media. My two biggest fields of work was, one, to develop multimedia company presentations, and, two, to work as a consultant at different e-learning companies. During those years I did more or less everything from programing, photographing, filming video, writing texts and accounting. I learnt to be creative, meet customers, to sell but also to continuously find new ways of making business. Among my customers you find Saab Rosemount, Enea, Tieto Enator and e-learning companies like Outsmart, Choice, Industrihögskolan and Gravity.
