Built MNI as a consulting organization that included a tiered helpdesk, software development team and Internet Service Provider (ISP). Clients range from law firms to manufacturing. Managed multi-million dollar software projects; optimized client IT departments and processes; helped select appropriate vendors; acted as key technical advisor (CTO) and virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to large range of clients. Since Mareste obtained the required licenses to provide internet service via satellite I lead both in house technical teams and coordinated global design and build teams to create the Ello product. Acting as the top technical authority for both the company and the project we built an ISP capable of expanding rapidly and handling all customer traffic both public and private. Designed specifications for onboard equipment and developed the control software that provides the over the air services and any local services.

Worked on a range of projects from in-house software development to building Android apps for customers within 24hrs. Worked both in the information technology space and the live event production space.

Began relationship with Auriga when they approached MNI for helpdesk services. In May of 2011 was asked to do a virtualization project which started the process of becoming an employee. Initially as a virtualization consultant then as transition consultant our relationship developed into a permanent placement. While at Auriga I oversaw integrations from Bloomberg TOMS to Calyx and Encompass 360. The last project I spearheaded for Auriga was taking their entire infrastructure to a virtual portable stack.

Managed information technology budget, infrastructure and applications in support of Wolf-Gordon’s commercial wall-covering design and distribution business. Supervised subcontractors to create, implement and support custom and turnkey applications. Optimized process designs and dramatically improved service to end users. Built all internal systems including the ERP and intranet.

Deployed surveys on behalf of SRBI clients such as NYC MTA, Amtrak, Rutgers University. Managed teams of 20 survey takers on traveling projects between Boston and Washington, D.C.
