Ensuring all programs meet budgets, leadership staff are supported and have the means to continue driving successful programming. Recruitment, hiring and successful on-boarding of staff. Coaching and developing upcoming leaders for the YMCA of the Northshore.Manage and coach staff to buy into the success of a $1.8 million revolving budgetDirect management and development of staff. Provide appropriate feedback and coaching when necessary while strengthening professional relationships. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive working environment within departmentsRepresent and promote the Y to organizations, businesses and stakeholders.
