(Singapore-based Global Company)2000 employee counts | 16 Country Footprints | R&D centers 2Flagship Brands: Carnival Internet, Carnival Assure, eCourier, Ghoori Learning, SSD-TECH• Initiate, monitor, and review the whole recruitment of Dotlines Bangladesh.• Prepare yearly recruitment plan of 22 SBUs with around 1200 employees including 250+ sales positions and 200+ engineers.• Assist line supervisors in identifying HIPO [High Potential Employees] and recommend appropriate development programs and career movements.• Manage the complete Technical and Non-Technical recruitment and hiring process, overseeing the successful recruitment of over 650 individuals for technical roles and 800 individuals for non-technical roles.• In the Employer Branding part ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across all platforms, including the company website, social media, and recruitment materials.• Develop engaging and authentic programs that communicate the company's values, mission, and culture.
