Activity:1. A Job responsibility routine operation & maintenance of HVAC System to ensure consistent comfort and peak operating performance.2. Surveying and inspecting all automation components, dampers, valves and control devices. Calibrating and adjusting all temperature controls and related devices.3. Cleaning and lubricating controls and devices.4. Replacing worn or malfunctioning components.5. Generating and co - ordination regular services schedules.

1. Job responsibilities include complete building maintenance, residential villas, colleges, and Auditorium buildings. 2. Maintenance and Supervise of all stationed Central Plant controls by means of operating a Computerized Building Control Management System. 3. (CBCMS), Operation of Chillers with Microprocessor control system, multistage centrifugal pumps, Split & Package Units, Conceptual Knowledge of Electrical work.
