Assist with all debt, equity and land closings for Walton’s LIHTC and conventional properties. Support the finance department by managing processes and reporting with a focus on improving efficiency and promoting the success of the team. Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Tracking due diligence on contracts and closings, managing post-closing tasks, reviewing/managing contracts and other legal documents, preparing and distributing investor and lender correspondence including quarterly/annual reporting and distribution of K-1s, managing distribution of annual tax returns and renewals of all business licenses and Secretary of State annual registrations. Also provides Executive Support (such as calendar management, external correspondence, preparing expense reports, etc) to two high ranking officers within Walton, including one of Walton’s Partners/CFO.

· Manage 300+ accounts through approving invoices, processing payments, tracking and reporting delinquencies, auditing accounts and contracts for revenue opportunities and promptly responding to emergent client concerns· Coordinate with multiple vendors to meet time-sensitive goals by creating and revising project schedules· Regularly achieve revenue goals and played key role in setting all-time monthly record of $300K through negotiating renewal contracts with clients and driving sales by averaging five new clients per month· Coach and mentor new hires and promotions to ensure a smooth and productive transition into new their new roles
