The IPC strategizes, supports, facilitates connections and collaborates with Indigenous organizations, leadership and technicians, Stakeholders, Training Providers, Industry and Employers, and other levels of Government in the development of culturally, politically and socially minded complex initiatives and projects funded through the Indigenous Training to Employment and Labour Market Partnership grants.

Worked with adults with acquired traumatic brain injury as well as seniors to provide a range of services including: daily living assistance, community access, occupational and physical therapy assistance, and companion care. Program manager role over saw the hiring, training and managing of support workers and the programs developed and delivered to clients. Scheduling and reporting to funders was integral functions of the role.
