Fueling our workforce means investing in the growth and education of employees, from English as a Second Language to leadership training. When we invest in people, people invest in us and those benefits multiply exponentially.Think about this question: “What if we invest in our workforce and they leave?”But think harder about this question: “What if we don’t invest in our workforce and they stay?”Investment spurs investment, which leads to retention & growth.
