I am an experienced multi trained professional with hand on experience as project manager, area coordinator, monitoring and evaluation assistant with exposure to supervision of food security and livelihoods interventions, Wash, protections and GBV programming with more than 5 years of progressive hands on experience designing, implementing, and managing field team in emergency food security and livelihoods, Wash and protections programs in humanitarian and development setups across south Sudan. I have more than 5 years progressive hand on experience in project implementation and quality control, technical support and training of project staff, contributed to development of proposals, monitoring and evaluation tools and capacity building for quality implementation. I have great understanding of managing the field offices e.g. administrative and personnel issues, and ensuring that relevant strategies , policies and procedures are in place and are adhered to. Provided leadership, advice and support to staff in all field bases I have headed, ensured that the team works within organization's principles and core values and I contributed to the overall internal controls of organizations; I have also over time gained expertise in integrating cross-cutting themes into programming; these includes Gender mainstreaming, disaster risk reduction, security and beneficiary protection. I have experience implementing programmes funded by ECHO, DFID, USAID/OFDA, CHF, and UN agencies- UNICEF, WFP, and UNHCR, Embassies and several Government ministries.
