I joined Meyer as a trustee in 2016 and served two years as board chair (2019-2021) during my time on the board. I became Meyer’s fourth President and CEO in September 2022, bringing nearly two decades of advocacy and policy experience to the role. I am a graduate of the University of Chicago and have worked as a middle school teacher; as a legislative aide for then-Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y.; and as a lobbyist for Oregon Health & Science University, before spending a decade at Stand for Children. While I’m grateful for the impact I get to make in my professional life, I am most proud to be the mother to two incredible children.
