• Developing, implementing and promoting various Off & On campus events for the Student Engagement department• Researching best-practices, activities and promotional materials for new and existing College events • Marketing the events and special initiatives at Conestoga through various media such as bulletin boards, Co-Curricular records, and social media• Support event operations and ensure smooth execution by using Show Flow & Timeline management tools • Engage the student community on volunteer opportunities & special events via Student Engagement social media handles•Manage Volunteer engagement, support, training, scheduling and recognition (one-on-one & in large group settings)• Actively supporting the Student Engagement Programmer team in conducting Workshops across various campuses• Coordinating various special projects that will assist in further growth and development of StudentEngagement initiatives and events

- Develop an understanding of the client’s hospitality business environment and strategy- Collaborate with our team to define project objectives, set key performance metrics- Conduct research & brainstorming sessions for innovative alliances within the hospitality sector- Assemble customised leisure & hospitality requirements for mid and senior level clients- Keep abreast of emerging market trends & behaviours, technologies, and companies that arechanging our client’s businesses- Maintain a constant network of global Hotel vendors- Lead or collaborate client engagements on a day to day basis

-Heading and operating the corporate Travel desk for the entire group of organisations and its sister concerns across the country -Execute Air, train, hotel & bus bookings domestically & Internationally for employees of the organisation- Coordinating & negotiating with various travel agents, airlines, Hotels, etc to get the ,most efficient rates & service- Maintaining a Database of all employees travelling and authorizing them budgets a per the company travel policy - Recording all Travel related expenditures incurred & creating weekly reports to submit to accounts- Coordinating with the accounts department over credit control, vendor payments & outstanding bills- Analyse Travel reimbursement vouchers submitted by all employees and make sure it is in consistent compliance with the Travel policy of the company- Handle documentation for visa processing for the employees of the company travelling abroad

-Itinerary creation and pitching to potential clients -business development through networking with other organisations -Executing Hotel & Air, rail, Tour/attraction bookings as per the clients customisation-Providing ground support for clients troubleshooting from various International destinations -Research relevant content to post and update social media handles & website regularly-Database management
