About Toyo Tanuma 田沼 豊寿

Open Room Inc. is a property technology service provider based in Tokyo, founded in 2017 where I currently serve as the founder CEO. I initially started my career as an investment analyst at the real estate private equity arm of Deutsche Bank Group where I was involved in many property and corporate acquisitions for the global real estate funds based in Tokyo and London. After my 7-year tenure at DB I worked as a freelance advisor to a various investment firms including Meadpoint Pte. Ltd. and high net-worth clients whose asset value of over JPY 20B. In 2016 I founded Hojo Partners Co. Ltd., an real estate investment advisory firm based in Kyoto in the pursuit of hospitality sector asset arbitrage opportunities where I currently serve as the chief executive partner.
