Customer Analytics Development department - new established unit which takes care of Baltic countries analytical assets development for better customers value management and better personal/automated offers creation.Movement to new unit help me to continue focus on efficiency enhancement in particular areas. As well keeping strong focus on help and support understanding customers base for managment and colleagues (including products owners, segments owners, project managers and so on). Main projects and tasks I was involved:- Lead of RAROC improvement project (analysis of current situation, personal understanding of risk related data creation, reporting/calculators creation, activities guidelines development, pilot launch and post pilot results evaluation/analysis)- Further development of dashboards adding multitasking functionalities (possibilities for >10,000 customers groups combinations selection), different levels creations (like customer level for Private banking or branch level selection). Profitability metrics dashboard creation with quick possibility for comparison by countries, products, customers groups.- Profitability metrics analysis in different cases. New organizational structure was created to optimize business processes for all 3 Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).I received invitation to join the team and used this chance for further development my personal skills and experience.I started working in multinational environment taking care of 3 countries data. During this time I changed several units including Customers analytic department and Customers offering development department. Main projects and tasks I was involved:- New common strategic segmentation (micro segmentation) creation- New common metrics creation in data warehouse (over 300 metrics including assets, liabilities, customer behavior, customer income, channels, profitability related) - New common reporting creation (Customers segment, service program, micro segment based)- Support for segment strategies creation, different analysis based on customers service programs- Creation of dashboards which enabled to reduce significant overload (taking into account personal and Reporting team hours) for different data inquires- Many different analysis, different support with data and customers insights

Lithuania

First steps toward my personal understanding about business intelligence in Lithuania country based unit. With great manager ahead I found out my analytical mindset and capability to write VBA Macros. Soon we created unique reporting system for Affluent and Private banking customers portfolio management. During one hour excel based system was able automatically generate over 200 reports. Later on such system moved to more advance solution like SAP Business Objects.During this time I participated in various project, including customers service/loyalty programs creation/support, employees motivation system creation.Started to participate in international projects. Was first person who started using PASW Modeler, SAP business objects from Business side.
